Cambridge is renowned for it's conference venues throughout the city. Here at the Purple Hotel Cambridge we have 7 well equipped function rooms which can hold up to 100 delegates. Two of our function rooms are situated on our 5th floor and boast fantastic panoramic views over the city.

Point of Contact
Your conference organiser will act as a single 'one to one' point of contact for you and take all the hassle and work off your hands. They'll discuss all arrangements with you and make sure that everything you're looking for is provided before, during and after the event.... including essentials like travel details for your delegates, equipment, food and drink and so on.
Food
From a working lunch for 6 to a banquet for 100, there's an excellent choice of fine food and drink available to you. Our extensive menu's, ranging from sandwiches and snacks to haute cuisine.

We offer first class carvery, à la carte and table d'hôte along with well-stocked bars. So you and your delegates are sure to find everything perfectly suits your taste.

We are able to offer a fully comprehensive range of business service facilities including photocopying, fax & secretarial service. Additional services such as registration of delegates can also be provided for.
Accommodation
You and your delegates will enjoy a good nights sleep with spacious en-suite bedrooms with direct dial telephone and interactive TV (Internet access, PlayStation, Exclusive Movies). And after your conference has finished for the day your delegates can unwind in our fully equipped leisure centre with swimming pool.
